Responsibilities- Excellent writing, communication, organizational, and computer skills required. Travel and some evening hours necessary. Valid driver’s license and use of personal automobile required.
- Knowledge of Department of Public Welfare regulations, SWAN bulletins, and related state guidance.
- Complete all assigned units of service according to established benchmarks and time frames in order to promote timely permanency.
- Attendance at SWAN and Merakey meetings as determined by program leadership.
- Participation in ongoing training as indicated by State regulations and/or Merakey policy.
- Support FCP staff in case planning activities to promote permanency for youth.
- Market permanency services to county agencies and general public.
- Promote the visibility of Merakey via local speaking engagements, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Work Location:
Office environment and community setting/resource home/residential facility/group home depending on youth location.
