Facilities Technician; 2nd shift

Description Viwinco is looking for an experienced Facilities Technician to join our team. If you enjoy troubleshooting, fixing equipment, and keeping facilities running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to use your skills in a stable and supportive environment.

Hours:

3:30pm-12:00am (must be reliable); overtime and Saturdays required.

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical)
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, fixtures, and building systems
• Conduct routine building inspections to identify maintenance or safety issues
• Perform basic plumbing repairs including fixing leaks and replacing pipes
• Assist with HVAC maintenance (filters, belts, and servicing)
• Repair lighting, outlets, switches, and electrical components
• Maintain fire extinguishers and emergency lighting
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs
• Respond to maintenance requests quickly and efficiently
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supply inventory
  
  Assist with workspace setups and equipment moves
• Performs any other duties as deemed necessary by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License
• 3+ years of facility or industrial maintenance experience
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• Understanding of OSHA and workplace safety practices
• Forklift experience a plus
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Excellent verbal communication skills (English).
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to use a computer effectively
• Able to handle multiple priorities
• Efficient time management skills
• Familiarity with 5S/Lean methods and processes
• Self-motivator
