Description
We are seeking a skilled Service Plumbing Technician to join our team. As a Service Plumber, you will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for residential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
* Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
* Communicate with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide solutions
* Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times
* Keep your company truck clean, inside and out
* Keep your truck inventory up to date
* Properly complete digital invoices and estimates. We use Service Titan, a leading software in the industry
* Have and maintain a clean driving record
* Maintain a clean and professional appearance
* Provide a 5-star customer service experience
* Participate in company-provided training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
* Join a limited on-call schedule

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program or equivalent experience
* Minimum 2 years experience as a service plumber
* Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and equipment
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and customer service skills
