Execute scheduled preventative maintenance tasks on facility equipment, machinery, and systems according to established PM schedules;
Perform routine inspections of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical equipment;
Replace filters, lubricate moving parts, and perform adjustments to maintain optimal equipment performance;
Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions and failures;
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, parts used, and time spent
