Job Summary:

• Engage with customers to understand their deck project needs.
• Develop and present proposals for creating or renovating decks.
• Upon acceptance, execute the project to meet our high standards and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Proven expertise in deck construction or similar fields, showcasing your ability to solve problems creatively and exceed homeowner expectations.
• Preference for hands-on work over administrative tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow skilled craftsmen.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Clear and effective communication.
• A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while adhering to company policies.
• Have your own tools - the ability to work by yourself OR in a team environment.
