Position: Operator Class A (Dirt, Pipe, Site)
Location: Malvern

** What You'll Be Doing*
* + Operate excavators, loaders, and dozers safely and efficiently in heavy highway construction environments

+ Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure optimal performance

+ Collaborate with site supervisors and crew members to meet project timelines and safety standards

+ Follow site-specific safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately

+ Assist with material movement, grading, and site preparation as directed

** What Are We Looking For*
* + High School Diploma (or equivalency) AND prior relevant job experience

+ CDL license (A or

B) with Tanker endorsement is preferred

+ Valid/Clean Driver's License

+ Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

+ Must have the ability to work a varied schedule of day shift, night shift, and weekends due to construction contracts

+ Ability to operate and maintain heavy equipment (excavator and loader experience preferred)

+ Working knowledge of methods, materials and tools used in typical site work, grading, storm/sanitary/water pipe installation, etc

+ Working knowledge of hazards and safety precautions

** Conditions of Employment*
* + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

** Work Environment*
* + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

* + $36.00 per hour base pay. (PA DOL Prevailing wage pay based on work.)
