Rents Shop Technicians - Bensalem, PA

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Perform high-quality repair and maintenance on CAT and Allied rental equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance services.
• Remove, install, disassemble, and assemble components and parts.
• Follow Caterpillar Equipment Repair Labor Guidelines (ERLG) and safety policies.
• Complete related paperwork and access necessary databases (e.g., work orders, parts orders).
• Adhere to safety standards to include contamination control and HAZMAT regulations.
• Provide accurate quotes for repair services.
• Responsible for parts ordering and inventory management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
• Computer skills to include, but not limited to, Sis Web, Parts Integrator, Microsoft 365, and E.T.
• Well-developed technical and troubleshooting skills with strong analytical problem-solving skills
