We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Hardscape Laborer to join our landscaping team. The successful candidate will assist with the installation and construction of hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor structures. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and experience with landscaping or construction equipment.

• Assist with excavation and site preparation for hardscape installations
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, transport, and position materials including pavers, stone, block, and aggregate
• Help with grading, leveling, and compacting of base materials
• Assist in the installation of patios, walkways, driveways, and retaining walls
• Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and moving materials
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Support lead installers and crew supervisors as directed
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and cleaning

• Previous experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or construction preferred
• Experience operating basic landscaping equipment (compact excavators, skid steers, plate compactors, etc.)
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and perform physically demanding work
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• 1+ years of hardscaping or landscaping experience
• Experience with excavation and grading work
• Knowledge of hardscape installation techniques
• Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance
• Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) a plus

• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and crouching
• Regular lifting and carrying of materials up to 75 pounds
• Operation of hand tools and power equipment
• Work in various weather conditions including heat, cold, and rain

Full-time position, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday work. Hours typically 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, seasonal schedule may vary.
