• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for commercial and industrial clients.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with electronic, mechanical, and refrigeration components.
• Communicate directly with customers to coordinate and explain services.
• Provide cost estimates for repairs not covered by service contracts.
• Perform start‑up and functional testing of new systems.
• Identify and procure required parts and materials, coordinating with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate service logs and documentation.
• Keep service vehicles clean, stocked, and ready for deployment.
• Participate in jobsite installations as needed and support construction crews.
• Be available for on‑call rotation to support urgent client needs.

• 5 years of hands‑on HVAC service and repair experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling Certification (required).
• Brazing certification (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, organization, and troubleshooting skills.
• Professional demeanor, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and improve through continuous training.

• Full‑Time:
  Monday–Friday
• Occasional weekend and overtime work may be required
• On‑call rotation participation expected
