Service Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced construction and industrial equipment mechanic to join the growing team at our Uniontown, PA location. If you are looking for a unique experience working for an industry leading dealership and rental organization, we want to speak with you!

Our shop mechanics play a vital role in the dealer/customer relationship, ranging from equipment prep/set-up to advanced diagnostic and repair.

Ongoing training is provided for all technicians through our mentorship program as well as OEM online and factory training.

• Troubleshoot, repair, service, inspect, and maintain a variety of construction, landscape, heavy, aerial, industrial, agricultural, and fleet equipment.
• Some on-call responsibilities may apply.
• Full-time position with excellent benefits and competitive compensation. 40-50 hours per week and 1 Saturday a month.
• Best Line has on-line and factory training benefits as well.

• Must possess strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, computer skills, and strong electrical and mechanical abilities.
• Beneficial experience would include welding/fabrication, DC electrical, hydraulic, combustion, and associated skill sets.
• Ability to work with computers, schematics, repair manuals and warranty claims is an advantage.
• A high school diploma or equivalent industry experience will qualify.

Estimated annual compensation: $62,500.00 - $70,500.00 (dependent on experience)
