Assist Services has an immediate opening for a foreman position for our Liner Division out of Eighty‑Four, PA. The Liner Foreman will handle the onsite day‑to‑day operation of the crew, ensuring that all work is done safely, on time, and that equipment, employees, and materials are properly managed. We seek candidates with experience in the liner industry—energy, oil & gas, or landfill.
Applicants will work at out‑of‑town locations on an irregular schedule; lodging and per diem will be provided. Work is performed from company vehicles.
- Maintain good communication with superintendents and In‑Field Administrative Coordinators.
- Load, unload, identify materials, machinery, and tools, and distribute them to the appropriate locations according to project plans and specifications.
- Geosynthetic panel layout, welding/seaming.
- Geotextile layout and sewing.
- Geocomposite layout and seaming.
- Operate hand and power tools.
- Support crews in multiple tasks to accomplish daily job responsibilities at work locations.
- Learn new job duties to support the growth of the company.
- Willingness to travel throughout the United States (estimated 75‑100% travel).
- Experience working with liner or containment.
- Experience with Geosynthetic Welding.
- Preferred: experience in a supervisory role.
- Problem‑solving, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- SAFELAND/ISN/PEC Training valued.
- OSHA 10 Training required (company will provide if needed).
- Ability to pass a standard criminal background check, work verification check, standard drug screen, and fit‑for‑duty physical.
- Work regularly in outdoor weather conditions, including rain, extreme cold, and heat, near moving mechanical parts.
- Exposure to high wind, ice, snow, wet/humid conditions, vibration, and dust.
- Exposure to noise requiring use of hearing protection.
- Prolonged sitting, standing, walking.
- Regularly lift 50–75 lbs.

Estimated 75‑100% travel throughout the United States.
Job Type & SalaryFull‑time. $26.00 – $32.00 per hour.
