• 3+ yrs experience in leading site preparation work, preferably in sanitary, storm, and water main installation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints relative to specific job
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a crew
• Ability to direct a crew to its maximum productivity
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Valid Driver’s License Required

• Salary Range: $34hr to $41hr based on experience
