Schlouch Inc. has been Eastern PA’s leading site/civil contractor since 1983 and is still growing! We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a reliable person to join our team as a Pipe Layer / Laborer. This position will be expected to perform tasks involving underground utility installation on residential and commercial job sites in a 75 mile radius of Reading, PA.

This position has excellent potential for growth and advancement and is well suited to the individual looking to grow their career in the trade industry. Mentoring and training will be provided to the ideal candidate.

• Work independently and as a member of a crew on active job sites
• Perform manual/physical labor/lift at least 50 pounds
• Work in varied weather and site conditions including confined spaces
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Understand basic math and ability to read a tape measure
• Understanding or willingness to learn pipe materials, blue prints, cut sheets, transit, level and laser

Salary / Hourly Wage: starting at $23.00 / hr based on experience.
