We're looking for a Lead Carpenter who takes pride in their work, enjoys mentoring others, and values being a part of a company that believes in doing things the right way - every time.

What you'll do

Guide our residential remodeling and custom home projects throughout the Lehigh Valley. You'll work hands-on with a talented carpentry team-from rough framing to finish carpentry-bringing homeowners' visions to life with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

* Lead and work hands-on beside the carpentry team

* Review drawings and plans to organize and execute jobs efficiently

* Make decisions on site about what work to delegate versus what to personally take on

* Build trust and communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, ensuring a smooth and positive experience

* Collaborate with project managers and designers to bring clients' visions to life - from framing through finish work

What you need to thrive in this role

* 4+ years of carpentry experience (lead experience preferred, but skilled tradespeople ready to step up will be considered)

* Strong framing, drywall, and trim carpentry skills

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job drawings

* Experience installing cabinetry and millwork; tile experience a plus

* A valid PA driver's license and strong communication skills

* A team player with pride in craftsmanship, reliability, and a great attitude
