B-Level Technician

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic with strong experience in automation, controls, and PLC/HMI troubleshooting to keep our production lines running smoothly. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and vital to ensuring uptime, safety, and quality in our facility.

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated systems

• Work directly with PLCs, HMIs, and control systems to minimize downtime

• Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment and building systems

• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

• Support facility needs, including welding, plumbing, and general repairs

• Document maintenance work and ensure compliance with safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing (or trade school equivalent)

• Strong electrical/mechanical aptitude with proven PLC and automation experience

• Knowledge of three-phase electrical, controls, and industrial machinery

• Safety-minded, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and cross-train across different equipment

Preferred but not required:

• Roll forming equipment experience

• LOTO, confined space, and forklift training
