Day-to-DayAs an HVAC Lead Installer, you will coordinate with the sales team to plan material staging for seamless installations. Your ductwork field fabrication experience will help ensure clean, efficient work, and mentoring apprentices will foster growth within the business. You will contribute to a collaborative atmosphere that boosts productivity across departments and delivers reliable HVAC systems for customers.
Minimum Requirements- Substantial experience in HVAC installation, with a focus on ductwork field fabrication skills
- EPA 608 certification, reflecting expertise in handling refrigerants safely and responsibly
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a good record
- Reliable transportation to and from the office
- Ability to learn and grow
This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility in start and end times to accommodate personal needs.
