Position: Agricultural Technician

Location: Manheim, PA

Pay: $26 - $32/hour

Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience performing service repairs.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent;
Associate’s degree preferred.

Type: Full-time;
Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday; flexibility required, including occasional Saturdays

Hire One Staffing is seeking an Agricultural Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on agricultural, turf, and compact construction equipment.
• Conduct field-based diagnosis and repair services as needed.
• Utilize technical manuals and specialized tools to complete complex repairs.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and parts requests.
• Ensure vehicles, tools, inventory, and equipment are properly maintained.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Communicate professionally with customers, manufacturers, and team members.

• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency with service advisor software and basic computer functions.
• Ability to safely lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly.
• Valid, insurable driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain a valid DOT medical card within two weeks of hire.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
