• $35-$45/hr plus commission, spiffs, and bonuses

• Perform high-quality installations, repairs, and upgrades for electrical systems in homes throughout Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, and Chester counties.
• Manage full-service projects such as panel upgrades, whole-home rewiring, EV charger installations, and smart home integrations.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues with precision and care.
• Use state-of-the-art tools to address everything from circuit overloads to faulty outlets.
• Conduct detailed safety inspections and educate homeowners on compliance and risk mitigation.
• Lead the development of the electrical team by providing guidance, training, and mentorship to apprentices and other journeymen.
• Share knowledge and best practices in a collaborative, respectful environment.

• Clean, valid driver’s license
• Journeyman's Electrician License
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in residential electrical work
• Expert-level understanding of residential electrical systems, including modern energy-efficient technologies
