• Construct and install concrete formwork for footings and poured walls to project specifications.
• Perform site measurements for rebar and form placement.
• Place and finish concrete.
• Follow company process and procedures.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes.
• Collaborate with team members on job sites.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Assist in training and mentoring laborers as needed.

• Proven experience as a concrete carpenter or similar role.
• Knowledge of forming with lumber and form panel systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
