• Install, repair, maintain, and inspect [electrical/plumbing/HVAC/etc.] systems according to code and specifications.
• Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system malfunctions and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with apprentices and provide guidance and mentorship when required.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and safety regulations.
• Complete work orders, time logs, and documentation accurately and on schedule.
• Assist with estimating materials and labor for projects as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with well-rounded knowledge in all trades.
  • Post-secondary or training (formal/OTJ) in any or all skills for the maintenance of the facility.
• Experience: 3 years experience in general maintenance and experience in the disciplines of electricity, plumbing, heating, and mechanical.
• Licensure/Certification: Valid Class I PA driver’s license.
