Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise job sites for new construction residential and commercial projects.
• Perform electrical rough-ins, troubleshooting, repairs, and finish-outs, including generator installations.
• Manage and mentor team members, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver quality results.
• Work independently or with a team, depending on project requirements.
• Ensure job site organization, safety compliance, and proper tool/equipment use.
• Represent Kilgore Electric LLC professionally in all client and team interactions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of residential and commercial electrical experience.
• Proven ability to lead on the job site and foster team collaboration.
• Reliable and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and maintain endurance for a full workday.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
