Job Functions:
* Must be available to travel up to 80% throughout the US and Canada.
* Must reside in PA
* Analyze work orders and plan daily travel schedule.
* Investigate customer issues and resolve problems.
* Diagnose error or technical problems and perform repairs.
* Maintain customer relationships and confidence.
* Perform life cycle management and preventative maintenance on equipment.
* Manage site installation.
* Provide emergency repair and service on location.
* Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge for onsite troubleshooting.
* Advise customers of manufacturer recommended service intervals.
* Provide training to customer personnel.
* Comply with all safety regulations.
* Prepare and submit Field Service Reports.
* Document services performed.
* Order and gather needed components.
* Track time and materials for services rendered.
* Utilize and maintain required PPE.
* Maintain work area in an organized and clean manner.
* Other functions as assigned.
