Signing Bonus

Education and Certification

Preferred industry certifications (not required).

IICRC Certified Water Restoration Technician, IICRC Fire Restoration Technician, IICRC Certified Mold Remediation Technician, Council Certified Structural Drying Remediator/Supervisor (CSDR/CSDS). These are a plus. If not certified, we will train and certify.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond daily to water mitigation clean‑up jobs, sewage back‑ups, flooding, fire board‑ups, and demolition jobs.
• Receive training on water extraction and operation of equipment.
• Learn how to set up and operate drying equipment.
• Report to the Project Supervisor at the start of each shift for job assignments and complete assigned tasks daily.
• Preserve structural items and contents according to the Project Supervisor’s instructions.
• Inform the Project Supervisor of the equipment and materials needed to complete the assignment properly and on schedule.
• Have communication skills and experience to direct laborers in the restoration protocols.
• Record personnel documentation, hours, and work performed on a given shift.
• Practice on‑the‑job safety and encourage safety among the labor force.
• Be included in an on‑call schedule and rotation for after‑hours and weekend assignments.
