LINER FOREMAN – Assist Services, LLC (Eighty-Four, PA)

Pay: $26.00 – $32.00 per hour

Job Description:

Assist Services has an immediate opening for a firman position for our Liner Division out of Eighty-Four, PA. The Liner Foreman will manage the day‑to‑day operations of the crew onsite, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and within project specifications. The role requires oversight of equipment, employees, and materials, and involves frequent travel across the United States with lodging and per diem provided by the company.

• Maintain good communication with superintendents and In-Field Administrative Coordinators.
• Load, unload, identify and distribute materials, machinery and tools to appropriate locations per project plans.
• Travel throughout the United States (estimated 75-100%).
• Lay and seam geosynthetic panels, geotextile and geocomposite materials.
• Operate hand and power tools.
• Support crews in multiple tasks to meet daily job responsibilities.
• Learn new duties to support company growth.

• Experience working with liners or containment systems.
• Experience with geosynthetic welding.
• Preferable supervisory experience.
• Problem‑solving, leadership and teamwork skills.
• SAFELAND/ISN/PEC Training highly valued.
• OSHA 10 Training required (company will provide if needed).
• Ability to pass a standard criminal background check, drug screen, and fit‑for‑duty physical.

• Work in outdoor weather conditions, including rain, extreme cold and heat.
• Exposure to high wind, ice, snow, wet or humid conditions, vibration and dust.
• Exposure to noise requiring hearing protection.
• Prolonged sitting, standing and walking.
• Regularly lift 50‑75 lbs.
• Work in elevated areas.
