• Ensure all work adheres to local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
• Maintain accurate work records, including daily schedules, materials used, and inventory.
• Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Travel within a two‑hour radius of the shop, encompassing Lancaster County and its surrounding areas.

We seek a Commercial Electrician to supervise and guide a team of electricians while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role involves planning, coordinating, and scheduling electrical projects, as well as overseeing preventive maintenance. • Experienced:
  At least 4 years as a commercial or industrial electrician. Extensive knowledge of industrial electrical systems and automation controls; reads and interprets blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics—ability to lay out and install electrical conduit.
• Education:
  
  A high school diploma or equivalent is required; completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship program is preferred.
• Strong Leader:
  Confident in leading a team, providing clear direction, and ensuring projects stay on track while fostering a positive work environment.
• Detailed:
  Thoroughly plans, executes tasks, and maintains accurate records of work performed.
• Great Communicator:
  Skilled in working with team members, customers, and project managers to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.

  Uses troubleshooting skills to diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Safety‑Focused:
