* Position Overview:

** We are seeking a
** Railroad Track Laborer
** to perform essential tasks in the maintenance, repair, and construction of railroad tracks. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to work in physically demanding environments. You will handle a variety of tasks and tools essential for ensuring the reliability and safety of railroad operations.###

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*** ### Drive spikes into ties using manual or powered tools.* ### Move and set cross ties and lengths of steel rail.* ### Shovel stone and maintain ballast alignment.* ### Adjust and lubricate switches to ensure proper operation.* ### Tighten track bolts and check track gauge and cross-level.* ### Carry and use track jacks (approximately 40 lbs.) for maintenance work.* ### Follow company policies on safety and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
* ### Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.###
