Hauptaufgaben umfassen die Verantwortung für die Gleisbaumaschinen und die Mitwirkung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung. Der ideale Kandidat bringt eine abgeschlossene Polierschule und gute PC-Kenntnisse mit, sowie die Fähigkeit, sowohl selbständig als auch in einem Team zu arbeiten. Flexibilität für Tag- und Nachtschichten ist erforderlich.
