Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift

Location: Landisville

Key Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or a two-year degree preferred
• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
• Familiarity with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Some electrical, HVAC, and PLC experience is advantageous
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Strong commitment to safety protocols including Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and PPE
• Capable of troubleshooting, problem-solving, and performing preventive and reactive maintenance
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation (every 5th week) and training shift on first shift
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on machinery and facilities
• Troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance
• Support installation of new equipment and modifications to existing systems
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation
• Collaborate with operators and vendors for repairs and parts procurement
• Assist in designing electrical controls and mechanical layouts for new projects
• Contribute to process improvements and engineering initiatives
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Participate in on-call duties as needed to ensure continuous operations
