As a Security Officer - Patrol Officer in Imperial, PA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast‑paced tech and media location as an unarmed Patrol Officer. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help deter security‑related incidents while assisting employees and visitors with clear communication and customer service.

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access control points by verifying identification and/or credentials, managing visitor entry, and directing personnel to appropriate areas in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including documenting observations, notifying site contacts, and/or requesting additional assistance when needed.
• Complete accurate shift logs and incident reports, perform routine checks of doors, gates, and alarms, and communicate clearly with site staff and Allied Universal leadership.

• CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
