Security Officer - Flex Check-In Station

Location: Malvern

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing employees and guests in a professional manner;
Control access to the location by verifying identification, managing sign-in procedures, issuing temporary badges, and maintaining visitor logs in accordance with site-specific policies;
Monitor lobby activity and security-related systems such as alarms, cameras, and access control panels, and report irregular activity per post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate;
Complete required reports and documentation, including incident reports, shift activity logs, and visitor records, and communicate key updates to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts
