Security Officer College Campus Dispatcher

Location: Kutztown

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities for a college campus;
Operate the dispatch center by monitoring alarms, access control, and/or camera systems, prioritizing calls for service, and coordinating response with on-site personnel using radio and phone communications;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gathering key details, sending appropriate resources, and relaying updates to leadership and/or emergency services as needed;
Maintain accurate dispatch logs and incident documentation, including time-stamped activity, notifications made, and follow-up actions taken;
Support regular and random patrol operations by tracking officer activity, directing patrol coverage to help to deter unwanted activity, and communicating site-specific instructions based on current conditions
