** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, access requirements, and security-related protocols for a financial institution location.

+ Greet and screen visitors, validate identification, manage the visitor sign-in process, and issue and collect visitor credentials and/or temporary badges per site policy.

+ Answer phones, route calls, and coordinate with building management and/or client contacts to support front desk operations, deliveries, and scheduled appointments.

+ Monitor security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and access control indicators as assigned, and report irregular activity or policy concerns through the required channels.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating emergency response activities when appropriate and completing required reports.

Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
