As a Security Officer - Lobby Concierge Driver in Malvern, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal at a front desk post within a financial services location, where you will greet visitors, manage check-in processes, monitor activity through cameras and alarms, and document incidents with clear communication.

You will support access procedures and help to reduce security-related concerns through a visible, customer-focused presence. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license per Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Our team is agile, reliable, innovative, and people first.

What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.

* Control access to the location by greeting and directing visitors, verifying identification, issuing temporary visitor credentials, and maintaining visitor logs.

* Monitor lobby activity, cameras, alarms, and/or access control systems from the desk and report suspicious or unusual activity according to post orders.

* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership, Allied Universal supervision, and/or emergency services as required.

* Complete shift documentation such as incident reports, access logs, and pass-down notes, and communicate key updates to oncoming personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

* Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

* Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
