You will greet drivers and team members, verify credentials, manage visitor logs, monitor entry points, and communicate clearly with site leadership to help reduce incidents. • Provide customer service to employees, drivers, and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and post orders for a logistics and distribution location.
• Control access at entry points by checking identification, verifying appointments and/or shipments, managing visitor logs, and issuing temporary badges and/or access credentials as directed.
• Support vehicle and trailer access control by confirming driver credentials, reviewing bills of lading and/or pickup numbers, directing traffic flow, and coordinating with site contacts for dock and yard entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services and documenting actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, and perimeter, monitor cameras and alarm systems, and report hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations through security-related reports.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
