As a Security Officer – Auto Auction Security in West Point, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as auto and more. You will monitor activity, conduct routine patrols, support access control and incident response, and deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication. You will remain highly visible, support access control and incident response, and help identify and report security‑related concerns.

• Provide customer service to visitors, associates, contractors, and drivers by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including initiating notifications and documenting actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Control access at entry and exit points by checking identification, issuing visitor credentials, and directing traffic flow according to site procedures.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and other security‑related systems, and report irregular activity per post orders.
• Support vehicle and asset movement areas such as loading docks, shipping and receiving, and vehicle staging by observing activity and reporting policy concerns.
• Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift pass‑down information in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire services, and onsite management when incidents require additional response.
• Assist with screening of deliveries and vendors by verifying appointments, paperwork, and access authorization per site guidelines.
• Maintain a professional presence and provide clear directions to help support an orderly environment at an automotive‑related location.

• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
