Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of corridors, lobbies, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and report concerns.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, suspicious activity, and medical-related support requests as directed by post orders.;
Monitor access points and authorized areas, verify credentials when required, assist with way finding, and help manage visitor flow in coordination with hospital staff.;
Document patrols, incidents, and other security-related activity in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate updates to supervisors and site personnel.
