Security Officer - Flex Lobby Checkpoint

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Greet and screen visitors, validate identification, manage the visitor sign-in process, and issue and collect visitor credentials and/or temporary badges per site policy;
Answer phones, route calls, and coordinate with building management and/or client contacts to support front desk operations;
Monitor security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and access control indicators as assigned;
Report irregular activity or policy concerns through the required channels;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating emergency response activities when appropriate
