Location: Coraopolis
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients at a transportation location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Staff access control points by verifying identification, authorizations, and required credentials for employees, contractors, and visitors before granting entry.;
Screen and/or inspect bags, packages, and deliveries as directed by site procedures, and document findings and exceptions according to post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with crowd and/or queue management and requesting additional support when needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter, monitor alarms and surveillance systems when assigned, and complete required activity and incident reports to help to deter unauthorized access.
