Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following procedures and site policies;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report hazards or policy violations;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity;
Control access points during patrol rounds by checking credentials and directing deliveries, contractors, and visitors;
Complete detailed shift reports and incident documentation and coordinate with site leadership and local responders as directed
