Location: Malvern
Allied Universal - Up to $32.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor access points and visitor flow, verify identification and/or authorization, and maintain sign-in records per site requirements;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation and timely notification to site leadership and/or emergency services when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including offices, public areas, and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Complete written and electronic reports, including incident documentation and daily activity logs, and communicate relevant updates during shift transitions
