Organization: Cardinal Point Homeland Security Group

Cardinal Point Security Group is building a team of Security Officers who will keep our clients safe from violence.

$25.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on location

Various locations in Montgomery County, PA (Main Line, Fort Washington)

• Fridays: 4 PM – 10 PM
• Saturdays: 8 AM – 2 PM and/or 2 PM – 8 PM
• Sundays: 8 AM – 2 PM and/or 2 PM – 8 PM

• Be a Cardinal Point Ambassador: punctual, wearing proper uniform, engaged, consistent
• Incident management and de‑escalation
• Walk up to 10,000 steps per day to patrol school facilities and grounds to prevent access to restricted areas, theft, or vandalism
• Stand for up to four hours per shift
• Act as first responder for emergencies
• Stand post at secondary locations as required
• Identify and report suspicious activity
• Cultivate positive relationships with staff and visitors
• Access control
• Monitor CCTV

• Prior law enforcement experience required
• Five years of experience as an armed security officer
• Valid PA Act 235 Certification
• Valid PA Concealed Carry Permit
• Own firearm
• Pass firearms qualification course
• Ability to work well under pressure
• High School Diploma or GED
• Consent to drug screen and criminal background investigation
• No felony or misdemeanor convictions involving moral turpitude
• Reliable means of communication (active cell phone with mobile email access)
• English language proficiency (verbal and written)
• Reliable means of transportation
• Professional and courteous demeanor
