Type: Full-Time Are you a people person with a passion for sales and customer service? Do you enjoy building relationships, closing deals, and being part of a team that's driving growth? If so, we'd love to meet you! At Patiova, our Sales Consultant will support both retail customers and our nationwide dealer network with a "raving fans" mindset. From the first inquiry through project completion, you'll guide customers and dealers with expert product knowledge, clear communication, and top-notch service.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are alike-you'll be quoting projects, following up on leads, working trade shows, and helping bring dream outdoor spaces to life.
What You'll Do

• Prepare accurate quotes and follow up with customers and dealers.
• Build strong relationships through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Support events including home shows, open houses, retail events, and our annual Outdoor Living Summit.
• Track order progress and ensure projects are completed smoothly.
• Partner with internal teams (drafting, engineering, production) on custom projects.
• Assist with marketing initiatives like e-blasts, dealer development, and promotional campaigns.
• Seek out and onboard new dealers to grow our nationwide presence.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communicator who connects easily with people.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRMs.
• Detail-oriented and organized-able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong math skills and the ability to visualize construction projects.
• Self-motivated and comfortable making outbound calls (yes, even cold calls).
• Creative, solutions-driven, and eager to take initiative.
• Positive, professional, and able to thrive under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience (retail or B2B preferred).
• Customer service experience considered.
• Construction or carpentry knowledge a strong plus.
