• Prospect and generate new personal and small commercial opportunities
• Build and maintain referral partnerships
• Conduct coverage reviews and round accounts

• Maintain strong documentation standards within our agency management system
• Contribute to agency growth goals and production targets

• Licensed Property & Casualty Producer (required)
• 2+ years of insurance experience preferred
• Self‑starter who does not require micromanagement
• Strong communicator (bilingual English/Spanish a plus)
• Comfortable networking, asking for referrals, and closing
• Growth‑minded and performance‑driven
