This full-time on-site role as a Commercial Sales Center Representative is based in the Greater Harrisburg Area. The individual in this position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales inquiries, and preparing and delivering tailored sales presentations. Other day-to-day responsibilities include sales prospecting, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting customers in selecting the best building products for their projects.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Sales Presentations and Sales Prospecting to engage and effectively communicate with clients.
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to provide a high-quality experience and drive revenue growth.
- Experience in Training others to enhance team performance and achieve organizational goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the building products industry or distribution operations is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
