We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused,
Sales & Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll support an established client base, blending outside sales, account management, and local delivery support, acting as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them in developing effective marketing solutions through our print, creative, and promotional product capabilities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Identify new sales opportunities within current accounts and through prospecting.
- Resolve customer questions or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and follow-ups.
- Travel to client sites to deepen strategic client relationships to strengthen client retention
- Attend business networking groups/events regularly to generate business with existing and new clients.
- Generate upselling opportunities by providing client perks via meals, updates on offerings, sample promotional products, and pitching additional products
- We view deliveries as a great opportunity to gain face time & upselling opportunities with our clients
- Perform small deliveries of finished print and promotional materials as needed
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Assist General Managers in production of in-house orders and inventory management as needed
- Operate production machinery to produce and finish printed materials (e.g., mailers, envelopes, flyers) as needed
Follow safety and quality control procedures
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service (B2B preferred) with a proven track record
- Experience in print, promotional products, or related industries is a plus
- Existing network or book of business in printing or marketing services is a plus
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Base salary plus commission structure
- Assignment of existing accounts within book of business
