As we kick off 2026, we are looking for a driven, consultative sales professional to join our growing team. If you’re tired of "transactional" sales and want to build long-term client relationships through creative problem‑solving, this is your next move.
What You’ll Do- Consultative Prospecting: Identify and connect with local business leaders to understand their branding and communication challenges.
- Strategic Solutions: Work alongside our design team to pitch custom graphics, digital signage, and branding way finding.
- Relationship Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from the initial "hello" to the final installation and beyond.
- Networking: Act as the face of FASTSIGNS at community events and professional organizations.
- Competitive Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission (Expected Year 1 OTE: $55,000 - $80,000).
- Comprehensive Training: A proven program that turns you into a visual communications expert.
- Work‑Life Balance: Consistent B2B Schedule. Primarily Monday–Friday, providing a stable routine while allowing for the occasional flexibility required to win high‑value accounts.

- A “hunter” mindset with a “consultant’s” heart.
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer‑facing roles is a plus, but a winning attitude is a must.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to business owners and executives.
