- Drive sell-out performance in the assigned territory by building and strengthening customer relationships
- Grow share of accounts with local book fleets, including government accounts
- Partner with servicing dealers to ensure customer needs and expectations are met
- Develop strategies and supporting tactics aligned with the employer’s Commercial PBU to expand business with existing accounts
- Negotiate pricing and programs to close profitable sales and deliver strong return on investment
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of sales experience, or 10+ years of sales experience in lieu of a degree
- Proven experience managing strategic customer relationships and driving growth through innovative sales strategies
- Business-to-business (B2B) sales background preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage customers and present product information
- Ability to work independently, set personal sales goals, and take ownership of achieving those goals
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build lasting relationships that offer tailored solutions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented market with the ability to adapt strategies as needed
- Basic proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software, spreadsheets, and other sales technology
