Mid-Atlantic Region | Hybrid (In-Office + 30–50% Local Travel) What We’re Looking For

You must have experience selling B2B or B2C at the decision-maker level across different types and sizes of businesses, professional services, institutional organizations, and individuals.

You operate effectively across varied management levels and personalities in a demanding, competitive sales landscape.

You are:
  • A goal-oriented, self-driven hunter who thrives on challenge, pressure, and the thrill of the close
  • Comfortable in boots and Carhart, energized by the outdoors, and environmentally conscious
  • Confident prospecting by phone and tracking job leads through online construction platforms
  • Passionate about hunting for sales on the road and building real relationships face-to-face
  • Driven by the belief that success is earned, not given
