What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive growth within assigned customer accounts by increasing purchasing volume and minimizing customer churn
  • Promote a broader range of products to enhance customer engagement and purchasing diversity
  • Demonstrate financial and clinical benefits of products using a value-driven approach
  • Assist customers with the eCommerce platform to improve ordering efficiency
  • Maintain accurate customer records and track account performance in CRM
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer-facing roles, ideally in a B2B or healthcare environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving account growth
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Hub Spot or Salesforce
  • Familiarity with eCommerce sales processes and digital order management
  • Strong consultative selling skills and excellent communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in the dental or medical device industry
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with vocational training or on-the-job training considered
  • Proven ability to manage both inbound inquiries and proactive outreach effectively
  • Skilled at analyzing customer purchasing behavior for growth opportunities
  • Adaptable and resilient in overcoming objections in competitive sales situations
