Details: The Marketplace Sales Manager is responsible for the development and execution of programs and strategies for marketplaces RO that support the company’s overall business objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of similar experience.
  • Practical experience of working with online marketplaces – both sales and promotion
  • General understanding of finance, supply chain, Mar Com
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of industry and market trends.
Functions
  • Sales and margin growth of ASBIS Romania business via online marketplaces.
  • Providing listing, visibility and promotion of ASBIS products on online marketplaces (using both internal and external online tools)
  • Minimize the costs of sales for ASBIS Romania on marketplaces (commission, delivery, warehousing fee etc.)
  • To ensure ASBIS products are in line with all requirements (product / certification / labeling, availability / supply etc.) of marketplaces in cooperation with central brand teams, logistics / certification and other ASBIS departments
  • Coordinates all legal / financial points related to sales via marketplaces – trademarks registrations, licenses, VAT registration etc. (in coordination with legal and finance department)
  • Coordinates all IT related points
  • Providing sales and supply plan and insure its reliability and fulfilment
